Fire Simulation Rig
Our fire simulation rig is designed to ensure the safety of the people who do the fire simulation training classes, and the safety of the members of the public who will be taking those simulation training classes. Each of our units are fully pressure tested before they leave our production area. The inlet has a quick connect fitting and a shut off valve for an easy way to shut off the supply of gas in an emergency, there is a second stage regulator to limit the pressure of gas coming from the LPG cylinder to 0.75 bar and has a lock off point of 1.5 bar. There is an OPSO after the second stage regulator to ensure there is an additional safety shut off, the whole unit is designed to be as safe as possible! Each of the outlets have their own shut off valves and gel filled gauges so they can easily be isolated and controlled for an overall much safer and more controlled training experience.
The ignition torch has a safe to use electronic ignition which contrasts with other units as your hands remain fully behind the source of ignition during the lighting process. With safety being our main concern for this product, we also made sure to find a way to attach a gas detector on the body of our unit so any small possible leaks can cause the device to alarm and make any leaks aware to the trainer. This units one piece design is safer for use, as it does not need to be assembled and disassembled before and after every use like current units on the market. The easy-to-use leak detector on the fitting for the cylinder is extremely sensitive, but also very convenient for the trainer to use before any training class to ensure all the hoses and fittings are 100% safe before a training class.
